Before a home visit
Please find a comfy place to sit whilst having your feet worked on. This place must have adequate room around your feet for us to work.
Please compose a list of any medication you are currently taking.
During a home visit
One of our fully qualified foot health care practitioners (FHP) will travel to your home.
We will arrive with all tools and equipment required. We are fully COVID secure and will wear a mask and protective equipment whilst in your home.
We will start by taking some contact details and a full medical history, alongside a physical assessment of your foot health. We record this information to monitor your foot health over time should it be required for medical purposes in the future.
We will then discuss with you what treatment(s) you would like conducted in relation to your foot health. Our FHP can recommend appropriate treatments and will talk you through any treatments you are unsure of.
Once you are comfortable to go ahead, we will carry out the treatments.
After a home visit
We may give instructions for how to look after your feet between appointments (this is very important for treatments which span multiple visits or for patients which have other medical conditions, e.g. diabetes).
We will then take payment for the appointment, which can be paid for via cash or card (card preferred).
If you need further appointments, we recommend booking these at the end of the home visit to ensure availability.
