Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but to ensure efficient scheduling and to accommodate other clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations within 24 Hours:
Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a full payment charge.
Cancellations within 24-48 Hours:
Cancellations made between 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a charge equivalent to half the total amount.
Waiver Exception:
If the cancellation is due to circumstances covered by a waiver at the discretion of Heel To Toe Foot Care, the cancellation fee will be waived.
At Heel To Toe Foot Care, we recognise that unique and unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for exceptions to our standard cancellation policy. In such cases, we offer a waiver exemption, which is granted solely at the discretion of the business. The decision to grant a waiver will be made on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the specific circumstances presented. We kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible in case you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointment Fee Prepayment For Consistent Changes / Cancellations:
Clients who consistently change or cancel appointments may be required to prepay their appointment fee in full prior to the scheduled appointment date. This policy aims to ensure fairness to all our clients and maintain efficient scheduling.
Please note that the decision to require prepayment will be made at the discretion of Heel To Toe Foot Care. We value our clients and strive to provide the best service possible while being mindful of the needs of all.
